Job Title: Data Analyst
Role Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing operational work plans, supporting the strategy and execution of key modules for new business initiatives. The role requires complete ownership of allocated projects, along with effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of business milestones.

- Analyze complex business data and large datasets to derive actionable insights and build dashboards.
- Apply business process analysis, strategic thinking, and execution planning to drive ongoing initiatives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of allocated business modules — from planning through execution.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable execution plans.
- Maintain strong attention to detail with a result-oriented approach in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ensure effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across teams and functional leads.
Technical Skills — Must Have
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and business reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook for exploratory data analysis with Python-based datasets.
- Ability to work with large datasets to generate meaningful, decision-ready insights.
- Good understanding of databases, data structures, reporting, and business analytics concepts.
Education & Qualifications
- MBA from a reputed institution is mandatory — preferably in Strategy, Operations, Business Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic background will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 To 5 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Strategy, or Operations (or similar roles).
- Experience at a Big 4 or similar management consulting firm is preferred.
- Relevant prior titles: Business Analyst, Consultant, Associate Consultant, Associate, or Junior Program Manager.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is an added advantage.

- Interview process: 1st round virtual; 2 rounds face-to-face (mandatory)
