Data Analyst

About This Role

Deloitte's AI & Engineering team is seeking a data analyst to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and significantly impact client success. This role involves reimagining and reengineering critical business operations and processes, helping clients improve financial performance, accelerate digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver data-driven insights for Deloitte and client engagements
• Use Python for data extraction, transformation, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, statistical modeling, and model validation
• Support the maintenance of complex economic databases, dashboards, and analytical solutions across Deloitte and client systems
• Respond to quick-turn data requests and translate business needs into practical analytical solutions
• Develop visualizations, Power BI dashboards, and reports using DAX
• Support the development and deployment of machine learning solutions using Databricks, Unity Catalog, and MLflow
• Advise clients on implementation approaches and operational practices across Databricks data, analytics, and machine learning capabilities
• Implement end-to-end Databricks solutions across data ingestion, transformation, governance, and deployment on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience developing and deploying solutions on the Databricks platform
• 1+ years of experience with Python
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance at minimum and ability to maintain it for the duration of employment and assignment
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. at least five days a week
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
