Job Description
• Take overall ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of assigned DEX branches under the assigned region. • Provide direction and support to Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations. • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports. • Participate in operational review meetings and present branch performance Ensuring management decisions and operational initiatives are effectively cascaded and implemented at branch level • Take overall accountability for achieving assigned regional operational KPIs. • Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, productivity gaps, performance deviations and take corrective actions. • Ensure consistent implementation of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements across all branches. • Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment requirements in coordination with management and HR.
Position Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. • 3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations. • Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational locations. • Experience managing field teams, delivery riders or large operational teams. • Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational KPIs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting/analysis. • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment.
