About the role

Relocation package included - International airline - Travel industry experience What if moving to Greece could give you more than sunshine, beaches and a new address?

This opportunity in Athens combines life abroad with the chance to build practical experience in the international travel and aviation industry, experience that can continue to be valuable long after your first year in Greece.

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Danish speakers for a customer support team representing Singapore Airlines , one of the world's most recognised international airline brands.

You'll receive relocation support to Athens, full training and the opportunity to develop experience with airline reservations, booking processes and travel technology used across the industry.

So yes, you get Greece. But you also get something useful to put on your CV.

Why Athens? Moving to Athens means swapping the familiar for a city where work, travel and everyday life look slightly different.

Think sunny afternoons, outdoor cafés, beaches within reach of the city and Greek islands suddenly becoming realistic weekend destinations rather than something you save for once a year.

Athens also has a large international community, with people from across Europe moving here for work and starting their own experience abroad.

You'll find:

  • Around 300 days of sunshine per year
  • Beaches and coastal areas within easy reach
  • Easy access to the Greek islands
  • A lively international and expat community
  • Restaurants, cafés and nightlife throughout the city
  • A lower everyday cost level than many Northern European capitals
  • The opportunity to experience Greece while building international work experience

And you won't have to organise the move completely on your own - relocation support is included.

More Than Customer Service: Build Experience in Travel & Aviation One of the biggest advantages of this role is the experience you can take with you afterwards.

You'll learn how international airline reservations work and gain hands-on exposure to Amadeus , one of the best-known reservation and travel technology systems used within aviation and tourism.

Experience with airline booking processes and reservation systems can be useful if you later want to explore opportunities within areas such as:

  • Airlines and aviation
  • Travel agencies
  • Tour operators
  • Business travel
  • Hotels and hospitality
  • Reservation and booking services
  • Travel technology
  • Tourism and international customer experience

It doesn't lock you into one career path - it gives you another skill set to build from.

For someone at the beginning of their international career, that can make this role a particularly interesting first step abroad.

Your Role Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting passengers with flight reservations and booking changes
  • Helping customers understand ticket conditions, fees and airline policies
  • Processing refunds and reservation updates
  • Providing travel and flight information
  • Supporting travel agencies and corporate partners
  • Working with airline reservation and booking systems
  • Delivering the level of service expected from a premium international airline

You'll receive training before you're expected to know the systems, so previous airline experience isn't required.

Requirements We're looking for someone who:

  • Speaks Danish fluently (C1+)
  • Has a good level of English
  • Enjoys helping and communicating with people
  • Is comfortable learning new systems
  • Is adaptable and open to an international environment
  • Is genuinely interested in living and working in Greece

Benefits Your Relocation Package to Greece Moving country sounds considerably easier when someone helps with the annoying parts.

Your relocation package includes:

  • Flight to Athens covered
  • Two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
  • Support with finding permanent accommodation (help with rental estate agencies, etc)
  • Assistance with local paperwork and settling in

You'll also receive:

  • Basic salary + possibility to earn monthly performance bonuses
  • 14 salaries per year in accordance with the Greek salary system
  • Full paid training
  • International career development opportunities
  • Healthcare benefits
  • Modern international working environment
  • Free Greek language courses

Greece Could Be the Destination. Travel Could Be the Career. Maybe you're mainly looking for an excuse to finally move abroad.

Maybe you've always been interested in aviation, tourism or travel.

Or maybe you simply want your next customer service role to give you experience that can open more doors afterwards.

This opportunity gives you a little bit of all three.

Apply today and take your Danish skills - and your career - to Athens.
