Work from home in Greece – Fashion & Lifestyle Brand
Location: Remote (based in Greece)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a remote team supporting customers across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to combine a stable international role with the freedom of working from home in Greece.
Whether you’re already living in Greece or planning to relocate, this role allows you to build valuable experience in e-commerce and customer support – without commuting or office life.

Your role
- Be the main point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, payments and general inquiries
- Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
- Work closely with an international, remote team
Requirements
- Fluent Danish (written & spoken)
- Very good English
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle or online shopping
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Good technical understanding and computer skills
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in Greece or willing to relocate
