About This Role
We are seeking a Dance Instructor Recruitment and Development Leader based in Tokorozawa to oversee the hiring and training of instructors for adult dance classes. This role involves coordinating with class managers to determine the necessary number of instructors and their qualifications, managing the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and training schedules.
Responsibilities
- Confirm the schedule and vacancy status of each class and organize the number of instructors needed, their experience, and available time slots
- Manage the creation of job postings, communication with candidates, interview scheduling, selection, and hiring procedures
- Coordinate initial briefings, training, and class observation schedules for hired instructors
- Collaborate with class managers to confirm instructional content and class operations
- Adjust instructor assignments in case of vacancies or substitute needs
- Maintain an overview of recruitment status, training implementation, and assigned classes
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, training, or placement of instructors or professionals in human resources
- Experience managing applicant numbers, hiring status, vacancies, and work conditions
- Experience coordinating schedules and priorities with multiple class managers or site supervisors
Nice to have:
- Experience related to adult dance, ballet, schools, or education
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training, and assigning instructors or professionals
- Experience managing recruitment status across multiple classes or locations
- Ability to communicate with classes or headquarters as needed from Tokorozawa
Instructor experience is welcome, but this is not a recruitment role for teaching positions.
