About The Role As a Porter, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage handling, providing directions and information, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will serve as an ambassador of the hotel by delivering friendly, professional, and personalized service at all times.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local information and recommendations.
• Arrange transportation or assist with guest transportation requests when required.
• Ensure guest belongings are handled safely and securely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
• Positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
• Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions is an advantage.
