【工作职责】
1、负责编写公司网站平台广告信息，上传图片，维护广告真实性；
2、推广链家网（贝壳找房app），储备私域流量，活跃贝壳系统；
2、负责客户与业主的接待与咨询，提供顾问式的咨询服务；
3、负责公寓、别墅、写字楼买卖与租赁的全过程，包括识别需求、带看、收意向、谈判、签约及过户和老客户经营等，促成业务成交；
