Job Summary:
The Transitional Housing Homeless Outreach Worker position is responsible for connecting resources to youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and providing a nonjudgmental approach to helping solve their crisis. The Transitional Housing Homeless Outreach Worker provides mobile case management and counseling to youth in crisis on the streets.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors' Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Psychology, or related human services field
Job Related Experience: 2 years exp. working with youth; prefer experience in homelessness/mental health/chemical health.
Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and a working vehicle.
