该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、需求调研、梳理与分析，深度对接业务方、研发团队、用户群体，精准挖掘核心需求，梳理完整需求文档（PRD），确保需求传递无偏差； 2、独立完成产品原型设计，优先采用HTML格式制作高保真可交互原型，替代传统静态原型，直观呈现产品功能逻辑、页面交互与用户操作路径，提升需求沟通效率； 任职要求： 沟通能力突出：逻辑表达清晰、共情能力强，能高效对接不同岗位人员，快速理解多方需求，精准传递产品理念，协调跨部门协作无阻碍； 原型能力硬核：可独立快速完成产品原型制作，优先掌握HTML原型制作技能，能输出可直接预览、交互流畅的HTML高保真原型，熟悉原型工具（Axure、墨刀等）基础操作，懂基础前端逻辑者优先； 岗位核心加分项： 熟练使用HTML+CSS制作交互原型，无需依赖研发即可快速落地页面效果，大幅缩短需求沟通与原型评审周期； 具备用户思维，能站在用户角度优化产品体验，而非单纯聚焦功能实现；
