🚀 Then what?
We are looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist to join our fintech client and contribute to securing strategic products across application security, cloud security, resilience, disaster recovery, fraud management, and security monitoring. You will work closely with Core Product squads and platform engineering teams, focusing on the technical implementation, configuration, deployment, and integration of security capabilities .
Responsibilities:
- Define and promote secure CI/CD standards and DevSecOps practices .
- Integrate and manage security testing activities, including SAST, SCA, DAST, secret scanning, and container security scanning .
- Support vulnerability management and remediation throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure security monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response capabilities are embedded in production environments.
- Support the implementation of cloud security, resilience, and high-availability strategies.
- Coordinate security aspects of disaster recovery planning and testing , including identifying resilience gaps.
- Support the secure integration and onboarding of fraud detection and prevention platforms .
- Ensure security requirements are integrated into technology initiatives and operational processes through Security by Design and Secure SDLC practices.
- Review architectures and technical solutions from a security perspective and ensure alignment with security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, and security teams and track security findings through to remediation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity , with a strong understanding of information security and risk management.
- Experience with DevSecOps and security remediation across multiple teams.
- Good understanding of CI/CD security controls and key cybersecurity domains, including Application Security (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning), IAM, Cloud & Infrastructure Security, Data Security, and IT Resilience.
- Understanding of security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response .
- Experience with security tools such as SonarQube, Qualys, Trivy, Aikido , or similar.
- Knowledge of fraud management, transaction monitoring, or fraud prevention solutions .
- Experience in a large international organization or digital platform environment is a plus.
- Security certifications such as AZ-500, CKS, CISSP, ISO 22301 , or equivalent are a plus.
- English – mandatory ; French is a plus.
