About the role
We are seeking a highly accountable professional to independently drive end-to-end security compliance, risk assessment, and remediation across our organization.
What You Will Do
- Conduct full-cycle cybersecurity compliance assessments based on industry frameworks and internal standards.
- Analyze security risks, deliver practical remediation plans, and track all findings until timely closure.
- Translate complex data protection requirements into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide constructive guidance and confidently handle pushback to gain buy-in for critical security actions.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in cybersecurity assessments, IT audits, or compliance management.
- Business-level English is required, and business-level Japanese is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to navigate high-stress situations and communicate effectively with diverse technical and business teams.
- Solid technical understanding of computer networking, cloud architecture, and software engineering.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure and tools including AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, IAM, endpoints, and routing/switching.
