About the role
Onsite in Quincy, MA (4 days Onsite)
6+ Months contract.
Must Have:
• Experience with a program similar to Archer
• Financial analyst aspect is just as important as procurement (needs to know financials)
• Flexibility; open to switching gears/pivot to another urgent request
• Independent, proactive worker. Can run with an idea rather than wait for direction.
Nice to Have:
• Archer experience is very helpful
• Someone who has already worked at State Street will be favored as it helps minimize ramp-up period (will prioritize these candidates)
• Understand 30 party risk assessment general concepts would be helpful
• Familiar leveraging AI (they have State Street guidelines; need to be in accordance with their standards). Cannot use AI externally; it will be in a controlled environment.
• General cyber knowledge is ideal; don’t need to be an expert here
Day-to-Day / Job Overview:
• Help global cyber security business unit to prepare business documents, don’t need to be an expert in cyber space
• Augment team and be directly involved with Linda (under her direction)
• A lot of procurement-related requests (professional services, contract services, licensing, etc.)
• Produce reporting internally; this person will help handle high volume
• Mobile procurement and 3rd party management risk team
• Fast-paced environment
• Work on financial analysis, research, etc.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis
• Simple quote analysis (compared to last year, percent increases, etc.)
• Need help with procurement activity
• Will use existing reports, they may optimize existing reports by tweaking them
• Most are Excel-based reporting
• Consolidate data sets, could be Excel files extracted they would need to consolidate into one report
