About This Role
This role involves performing preventive and curative maintenance on CVC installations and occasional second-fix building work, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. It suits a CVC technician with good interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance on CVC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) technical installations
- Intervene occasionally on second-fix building work
- Provide troubleshooting on various client sites
- Carry out minor works related to maintenance contracts (CVC and second-fix)
- Accompany and supervise service providers and subcontractors during the execution of certain services
- Ensure the proper execution of interventions in compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and safety rules
- Act as the interface between service providers, clients, and the company
- Ensure reporting of completed interventions (reports, internal tools, client follow-up)
- Ensure traceability of operations performed
- Strictly ensure compliance with safety instructions
- Apply current procedures on site
- Ensure the maintenance and good condition of the technical room
- Manage the intervention vehicle (maintenance, cleanliness, follow-up)
- Ensure the good condition and availability of tools
- Perform simple management of consumable stock
- Be the primary contact for the client on site
- Guarantee quality service and good client relations
- Report client information and needs to management
Requirements
- Training in climate engineering
- Aptitude for fluid handling is necessary for this position
- Recognized for quality of service and diligence
- Proactive approach, rigor, and interpersonal skills are assets for this position
