About This Role
Ensuring the thermal comfort and reliability of public facilities is the core of this CVC maintenance technician job. The role suits a candidate passionate about maintenance and customer contact, who will join the team in Mont-de-Marsan.
Responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of small and medium power boilers
- Maintain domestic hot water installations and distribution networks in boiler rooms
- Intervene on tertiary client sites: high schools, colleges, schools, town halls and administrations
- Inform the client at each stage of the intervention: arrival time, nature of work, results
- Write and transmit clear and rigorous intervention reports
- Use CMMS via mobile application to ensure real-time monitoring of interventions
- Participate in technical on-call duties according to a planned rotation every six weeks
Requirements
- Bac Pro or Bac +2 in climatic engineering, energy or equivalent; experience takes precedence over diploma
- Solid mastery of heating maintenance, boilers and boiler room installations
- Knowledge of air conditioning is an asset, but not essential
- BT H0 electrical authorization; refrigerant fluids authorization and CACES appreciated
- Comfortable with working at heights and in tertiary technical environments
- Clear oral expression and developed sense of customer service
- Organized, autonomous and comfortable with digital tools (CMMS, mobile applications)
