About the role
Job Summary:
We're ready to welcome a motivated and highly organized Customer Service & Dispatch Virtual Assistant to support our garage door service operations. This role focuses on handling daily customer interactions, coordinating technicians, and managing service schedules. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls related to garage door services
- Gather accurate customer details and service needs
- Schedule appointments and confirm availability with customers
- Communicate with field technicians via WhatsApp for job coordination
- Receive and process service requests from advertising partners
- Assign jobs based on technician availability, location, and skill set
- Enter and maintain customer records in the GoHighLevel CRM system
- Monitor technician schedules and optimize routing efficiency
- Track job progress and send follow-up communications
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with daily dispatching and field operations support
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service, call handling, or dispatch support
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant in a customer service or dispatch role
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and field technicians
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM, WhatsApp Business, and scheduling platforms
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Background in service-based or field operations environments
