Key Accountabilities
- You will assist the clients through phone or/and ticketing system for various types of financial operations, such as card/ banking application blocking, due to fraud/ lost/ theft.
- You will provide information related to bank account statement, payment transactions, banking card status.
- You will provide assistance to those clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order.
Desired Profile
- French language mandatory - min B2 level
- English language – beginner (A2)
- Flexibility and availability for shift schedule
- Team working skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear manner both written and spoken
- Customer service and attention to details skills
