Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Doylestown, PA for the Dean J. Verno State Farm agency. The position involves responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing information about insurance products, and assisting with policy changes and billing questions. The representative will help resolve issues, ensure a positive customer experience, and follow up on requests to support satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include accurately documenting interactions, processing transactions, and collaborating with the agent and team to meet office goals. The role also involves proactive outreach to customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing and community engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Service Representatives experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Support and handling inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction through timely, accurate, and empathetic responses.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with learning insurance products and office systems; prior insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.
