About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pentastar Aviation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for executive travelers, aircraft crew members, and visitors at our Executive Facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest experiences the highest level of professionalism, comfort, and security. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments with precision and professionalism. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with the ability to meet DOT medical requirements for passenger transportation.
• Proven customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach.
• Strong teamworking abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to learn new processes and accept coaching and feedback from team members.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Greeting executive travelers and aircraft crew members with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Providing superior customer service to passengers, crew members, and all guests within the facilities.
• Handling incoming phone calls and radio communications with aircraft and support personnel efficiently and accurately.
• Managing detailed requests such as fuel orders, parking and hangar requirements, ground transportation, room reservations, catering orders, and key handling for both vehicles and aircraft.
• Confirming all requests with customers to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
• Maintaining high levels of concentration while delivering excellent service, often managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Issuing visitor security badges and providing directions within the facilities to ensure smooth navigation and security compliance.
• Monitoring security and safety protocols continuously to safeguard our clients and staff.
