Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour (living wage)
- Full-time: 30–35 hours/week
- Monday–Friday only (closed weekends!)
- Start time: 8:00 AM
✅ What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments and support client accounts
- Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the veterinary team
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every client and pet
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience preferred (veterinary experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
- Ability to stay calm and professional in busy situations
