As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors.
- Provide assistance to passengers with different communication and travel needs.
- Provide meet-and-greet services and assistance to passengers.
- Deliver customer service to guests in exclusive premier lounges.
- Proactively attend to lounge guests’ requests and ensure a comfortable experience before their flights.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in customer fronting/ customer service is a plus.
