Support and manage customer accounts for after-sales matters, handling customer enquiries and coordinating requests with internal departments.
Salary Package
- Basic Salary: $3,300–$4,500
- Completion Bonus
- Additional $500 standby allowance when applicable
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Location
- Changi North
- Company transport provided from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol
Key responsibilities
- Support customer accounts and after-sales matters
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders
- Coordinate shipping, delivery and invoicing
- Assist with customer feedback and service issues
- Prepare customer and sales reports
- Update customer information in the ERP system
- Support warranty claims and spare parts requests
About you
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- No experience required, Training provided!
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory
