About the role
Our Client is one of the leader in the Semiconductor Industry, they are currently hiring for multiple customer service engineer to support their daily operation.
- Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
- Main duties is to do installations of fab for clients
- OJT with senior engineer onsite
- Open to fast learner, able to read engineering documents and diagrams
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
- Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
- Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
We welcome candidates with any of the following backgrounds:
- Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
- Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
- Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
- Non experienced hire are welcome
Preferred Skills
- Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
