Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring high-quality culinary output.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones.
- Assist in stocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours while managing time effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
- Strong time management skills are essential for success in this role.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are crucial for this position.
