About the role
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating Customer Service (CS) and Authorized Service Center (ASC) operations for Air Conditioning and Home Appliance products. Monitors service performance, ensures SLA compliance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in customer service, service operations, or coordination is an advantage
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ASC operations and service activities for Aircon and Home Appliance products
- Monitor repair aging, service cases, and turnaround times (TAT)
- Track SLA performance and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain service performance reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service quality
- Identify service risks and support process improvement initiatives
- Assist in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
