Are you a natural relationship builder who knows how to close deals and create sales out of thin air? We are seeking elite, high-performing sales professionals to join our Pilot Account in Greenhills.
Unlike typical upselling campaigns, this is a pure sales, client acquisition role. You will be responsible for driving business development, introducing services, and acquiring new clients. Since this is a pilot account, you will be part of the pioneering team in Manila, paving the way for the account's expansion. Successful candidates will enjoy high earning potential, a substantial welcome bonus, and a clear growth path.
Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
- PHP 20,000 Welcome Bonus!
- Lucrative Commission Structure:
- Earn PHP 125 per install starting at a minimum target of 70 installs.
- Commissions scale up to PHP 350 per install for exceeding 275 installs.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively drive "new sales" by introducing services, overcoming objections, and securing new clients (rather than upselling existing customers).
- Business Development: Pitch and represent the Safety Device brand, building interest in products such as insurance, warranties, or similar technical sales solutions.
- Build Sales Pipeline: Use consultative sales techniques to guide leads through the sales cycle to a successful installation.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, installation, and compliance targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BPO Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid Sales experience in a BPO setup.
- "New Sales" Expertise: Must have experience in client acquisition or outbound business development (e.g., insurance sales, B2B sales, warranty acquisitions, or cold calling). Pure retail upselling or customer service experience is not sufficient.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, money-hungry, and possesses a strong sales-driven DNA.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Work Arrangement: Willing to work pure onsite at our Greenhills site on a night shift schedule.
- Tenure: Clean and stable chronological work history.
