About the role
What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services.
You will receive comprehensive training to develop product knowledge, effective communication skills, and confidence to assist guests and perform automotive services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to suggest services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable face-to-face interactions and working in a physical environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled settings
- Full mobility and manual dexterity, including working overhead and standing for long periods
- Ability to understand written and digital training materials and safety instructions
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
