About This Role
The Customer Relationship Officer plays a vital role in building and maintaining customer relationships, focusing on providing suitable credit products to meet customer needs. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication and have a strong sales background.
Responsibilities
- Build a customer list and follow the assigned sales route.
- Introduce and advise on suitable credit products for customers.
- Care for customers, understand their needs, and finalize loan contracts.
- Conduct preliminary customer assessments on-site.
- Remind customers of debts 5 days before due dates and monitor their repayment status; responsible for collecting overdue debts up to 60 days and ensuring payments are made to VPBANK accounts as per regulations; collaborate with debt recovery specialists to resolve overdue cases.
- Report any fraud or violations of processes, transparency, and discipline at VPBank promptly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Intermediate level.
- Education Level: High school graduation or higher.
- Relevant Knowledge/Expertise: Knowledge of personal financial products.
- Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Related Experience: Experience in field sales.
- Required Abilities: Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
