Customer Relationship Executive

About This Role

This role involves interacting with customers and driving sales to ensure a smooth and hassle-free relocation experience. The Customer Relationship Executive converts customer inquiries into successful bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and moving teams for seamless service execution
• Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after the service
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a superior customer experience
• Update customer details, quotations, bookings, and service status in the CRM
• Cross-sell value-added services such as home cleaning, painting, storage, and home maintenance
• Maintain high service quality and collect customer feedback after service completion

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
