About the role
【岗位职责】
1.Key Projects NPI 试产良率追踪及问题点推动改善;
2.主导厂内重大品质推动异常原因分析，改善方案复核，效果验证及闭环管理;
3.质量月报数据分析并推动改善，参与客户检讨;
4.协助PQM处理客户投诉及质量服务工作;
5.参与内审及客户审核并推动制程改善;
6.Key projects ORT 跟进及FA 推动并追踪结案.
【技能要求】
1.熟悉QC 七大手法，8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP 等质量工具及流程，了解使用Minitab 数据分析软件;
2.具备结构件及电子件制程工艺知识;
3.英语六级以上，英语口语可作为工作语言;
4.良好的沟通协调能力.
