  • Helping resolve delivery delays, shortages, or issues.
  • Assisting with reporting and process improvements.
  • Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised.

What You’ll Bring

  • Year 12 certificate or some experience in logistics, administration, or customer service.
  • Good numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Driver’s licence (preferred but not essential).

The Tools You’ll Use

  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Warehouse & Transport Management Systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Freight scheduling platforms and online delivery trackers.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • We’re continually investing in our people and our deep focus on supply chain.
  • A supportive team environment where you can learn from experienced professionals.
  • Hands-on training to grow your supply chain and logistics skills.
  • Opportunities to progress your career in a global business.
  • The satisfaction of seeing the direct impact of your work every day.
