Job Description:
- Provide outstanding customer support by assisting customers with account inquiries, service-related concerns, billing questions, and product information.
- Deliver effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience and identifying opportunities to recommend relevant services
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
- Open to freshers, and candidates with or without experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Work on site
