Assist patients with appointments, billing inquiries, insurance concerns, and general account questions.
Provide accurate and compassionate support while addressing patient concerns.
Coordinate with healthcare teams and departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow privacy and service standards.
Meet customer service, quality, and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
- Minimum 6 months Healthcare Account
- Amenable to work on site
