Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, payments, and banking services.
Resolve account concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
Assist with account updates, requests, and basic banking support.
Protect customer information and follow banking policies and security procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School
- At least 12 months of financial experience
- Amenable to work on site
