Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the ASEAN curriculum roadmap, identifying portfolio gaps and opportunities to develop, regionalise and scale learning programmes across ASEAN in alignment with Academy growth priorities, customer needs and emerging industry requirements.
  • Develop, review and enhance curricula, competency-based learning pathways and training programmes using appropriate adult-learning and instructional-design principles.
  • Establish and support common curriculum frameworks, templates and development standards to improve consistency, scalability, reuse and speed-to-market across ASEAN.
  • Monitor and translate country-specific regulatory, accreditation, funding and competency requirements into practical curriculum, assessment, trainer and programme-delivery requirements.
  • Maintain curriculum and assessment quality through programme reviews, assessment validation, version control and appropriate programme governance.
  • Support programme registration, accreditation and documentation requirements in collaboration with country teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and adapt learning solutions across classroom, virtual, blended, asynchronous and workplace-learning formats, including LMS-enabled and SCORM-compatible content.
  • Act as a key curriculum and learning-solutions contributor for ASEAN tenders, RFQs/RFPs and strategic bids, including learning architecture, training methodology, assessment approaches, trainer/SME requirements and technical proposal content.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, trainers, auditors, subject matter experts and country teams to develop market-relevant and commercially viable learning solutions.
  • Support strategic partnerships with universities, polytechnics, government agencies, industry associations, corporate academies and other learning partners, including professional certification pathways, Train-the-Trainer programmes and customised learning solutions.
  • Build and support a regional network of trainers, auditors, subject matter experts and learning-development resources to facilitate cross-country sharing of content and capability.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Advanced qualification or professional certification in adult learning, curriculum development or instructional design is preferred.
  • At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, professional education, learning strategy, certification training or capability development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing learning programmes across multiple countries, markets or business units.
  • Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional-design methodologies, competency-based learning and assessment practices.
  • Practical exposure to training-provider registration, programme approval/accreditation, funding or competency frameworks within ASEAN.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore SSG/IAL requirements and/or Malaysia HRD Corp processes will be advantageous.
  • ACTA/ACLP and DACE/DDDLP qualifications are advantageous for Singapore-based candidates; equivalent regional adult-learning credentials may also be considered.
  • Experience supporting tenders, RFQs/RFPs, institutional partnerships or large corporate learning solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, SCORM-compatible content and blended/asynchronous learning models.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple regional priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams throughout ASEAN.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, TIC services, professional certification, sustainability, cybersecurity, AI/emerging technologies or other technical domains will be advantageous.
