About the role
Role Overview Seeking a CT Technologist to support patient imaging across multiple facilities in Utah and Idaho through an internal travel program. The role involves performing CT exams under physician supervision, supporting system-wide imaging initiatives, and working across various units. Flexibility to travel, adapt to diverse assignments, and work full-time hours is essential.
Responsibilities Include
- Performing CT imaging examinations and supporting safe operations.
- Supporting high-acuity cases, including ER, trauma, and stroke.
- Ensuring proper patient identification, protocol adherence, and image quality.
- Administering contrast agents as ordered and operating CT equipment effectively.
- Potentially taking call and floating to different facilities based on needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- ARRT(R) Radiologic Technologist Certification and relevant state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of CT experience in a high-level trauma hospital.
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, radiation safety, and imaging protocols.
- Preferred: ARRT CT certification and IV/certification modules.
