Role Overview Seeking a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily in Computed Tomography (CT), on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and handling portable exams and on-call situations. The role involves working in an outpatient oncology department without call, weekends, or holidays.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or CT preferred
- 1+ year CT experience preferred
- Licenses such as IEMA (Illinois) and ARRT, CT, MR, or related certifications
- Experience in radiology, medical imaging, or related fields beneficial
- Strong knowledge of imaging modalities and patient safety protocols
