About the role
We are seeking a CT Technologist responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at a medical center.
Key duties include: performing CT procedures following department protocols, operating imaging equipment independently, maintaining equipment and infection control standards, obtaining clinical history, explaining procedures to patients, ensuring patient comfort and safety, administering contrast via venipuncture, positioning patients, reviewing images for diagnostic quality, documenting accurately, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, minimum of one year radiology experience, ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, and BLS certification.
Skills: technical proficiency with imaging equipment, patient communication, attention to safety and infection control, and collaboration within a care team.
