Customer Service Representative / Service Administrator Location: Hubbard, OH (Onsite)
Compensation: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Service Administrator to support daily service operations within a fast-paced service environment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate service activities, manage administrative processes, and work closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and in-person interactions.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide timely updates on service requests and repair status.
- Create and maintain work orders, service records, and customer documentation.
- Dispatch service calls and coordinate repair scheduling with technicians and onsite teams.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate documentation for completed repair orders.
- Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns and gather information necessary for service resolution.
- Support warranty claim processes, documentation, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate records within service management systems and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize workload and ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while supporting branch operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Significant relevant customer service, administrative, service coordination, or related experience.
- Experience answering customer phone calls and managing customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and administrative software.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in the automotive, diesel, fleet, equipment service, or related industry.
- Experience with dispatching, service scheduling, work orders, or service administration.
- Familiarity with warranty administration processes and service management systems.
- Experience supporting repair, maintenance, or technical service operations.
