Security Systems Infrastructure
- Define systems and processes related to security and administration
- Ensure continuous monitoring and review to plug loopholes
- Deploy state-of-the-art technology and innovative security techniques
- Ensure operational readiness of electronic surveillance systems
- Evaluate and upgrade security systems; conduct surprise checks
Gate Operations
- Develop process and ensure adherence to gate operation for Goods inward and dispatch with proper gate entry and other documentation
Physical Safety Emergency Preparedness
- Develop procedures for physical safety of occupants, employees, and visitors
- Create emergency procedures and incident response plans
- Provision for controlled and monitored site evacuation
- Practice firefighting drills (mock drills, wet drills)
- Maintain fire-fighting equipment and ensure timely demonstrations
Threat Analysis Intelligence
- Analyze potential threats and weak points
- Develop a security intelligence network to gather and act on local information
- Conduct surveillance to preempt pilferage, accidents, or nefarious activities
Security Personnel Management
- Deploy security personnel based on technical evaluation
- Train security staff regularly to enhance skills and maintain standards
External Liaison Regulatory Coordination
- Maintain relationships with local police, law enforcement, and government agencies
- Liaise with government officials, local administration, and police for harmonious relations
- Ensure no encroachment around the unit
- Ensure smooth traffic flow in and around the unit
