CSA Lead - Norway - Contract Opportunity Our client is an owner/operator of data centres globally, specialising in AI ready data centres using their proprietary cloud platform technologies. Their mission is to expand and build industry leading hyperscale data centres without sacrificing the trust and reputation they have built in the industry. What You’ll Deliver
- Lead and coordinate CSA construction activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, driving programme milestones and resolving risks, defects, and delays.
- Collaborate with MEP, Quality, Commissioning, and Design teams to support seamless project integration.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, HSE requirements, and stakeholder reporting expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction, including programme and quality management.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and stakeholders, with data centre experience highly desirable.
