About the Role

Motivate agents to sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and build relationships with agents to support and push CS business.
  • Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS.
  • Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development.
  • Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents.
  • Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers.
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable.
  • Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth are met.
  • Provide coaching and training to support staff.
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience in group insurance, of which 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions.
  • Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed.
  • Good product knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to manage a project/event independently.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Fluent in Putonghua.
  • Tactful interpersonal relationship.
  • Good presentation and team building skills.
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant.
