About the Role
Motivate agents to sell CS business, including EB and IVS, to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with agents to support and push CS business.
- Work closely with IVS team to convert EB business to IVS.
- Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development.
- Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents.
- Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers.
- Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable.
- Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth are met.
- Provide coaching and training to support staff.
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience in group insurance, of which 5 years in supervisory/managerial positions.
- Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed.
- Good product knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to manage a project/event independently.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Fluent in Putonghua.
- Tactful interpersonal relationship.
- Good presentation and team building skills.
- Self-motivated and customer oriented.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Consultant.
