About the role

ABOUT COHYPES

At Cohypes, we grow and scale multiple brands in the health, beauty, and wellness space. As we rapidly expand our customer acquisition channels, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to take ownership and help shape how our brands present themselves and convert across global markets.

We believe great work happens when people feel valued. Here, your perspective matters, your ideas are welcome, and your voice has a real impact on how we grow. You’ll join a supportive team that encourages collaboration, open communication, and genuine trust.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to our Head of eCommerce Operations & CRO, you will be the performance engine behind our conversion rate optimization strategy. We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented specialist to audit our customer journeys, identify conversion leaks, and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across our paid funnels and Shopify environments.

You will be the bridge between traffic and revenue — ensuring that every click, scroll, and interaction is optimized to increase conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per session. If you enjoy digging into data, building testing roadmaps, improving user experience, and systematically increasing funnel performance — we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Audit customer journeys and identify the biggest conversion leaks across landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout.
  • Develop and execute a structured experiment roadmap including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and iterative UX improvements.
  • Analyze full funnel performance (Clicks → Sessions → Add-to-Cart → Checkout → Purchase) and recommend improvements backed by data.
  • Increase key metrics including conversion rate (CVR), add-to-cart rate (ATC), checkout completion rate, and revenue per session.
  • Improve core eCommerce fundamentals such as page speed, mobile usability, offer clarity, trust elements, and merchandising.
  • Work closely with performance and creative teams to ensure strong ad-to-site message match (hooks, offers, social proof, positioning).
  • Build and improve landing pages and storefront elements within Shopify and Checkout Champ when needed.
  • Use tools such as GA4, Shopify analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to generate insights and prioritize experiments.
  • Produce weekly reporting outlining experiments run, learnings, wins/losses, next testing priorities, and estimated revenue impact.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRO experience in eCommerce / DTC (agency or in-house).
  • Proven experience planning, launching, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics including CVR, ATC rate, checkout completion, and revenue per session.
