About This Role
This CRM Manager role is for a data-confident, creative problem-solver with a passion for sport, who can deliver acquisition and retention communications and report on engagement in a target-driven environment. The manager will build segmentation and plan in multiple markets with multiple sports, leveraging data and insights to maximize results.
Responsibilities
- Work with local teams to build out customer lifecycle strategy across the globe, driving revenue and subscriber growth targets
- Deliver against CRM targets and be agile in output to meet channel contribution week-on-week, maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities across subscription tiers
- Drive the benchmark for best-in-class CRM across the industry with deep knowledge of what is currently in market and via insights
- Deliver personalization and segmentation for optimal conversion and engagement, utilizing data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM
- Lead testing and optimization of CRM creative and brand direction in collaboration with DAZN marketing and creative
Requirements
- 1+ years
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a focused workload to tight deadlines
- A passion for sport, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports
- Excellence in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence the decisions of senior leaders in each market within a multinational matrix organization
