This CRM Manager role involves leading the strategy, management, and evolution of CRM for the Aurgi and MotorTown brands. The position is newly created, with a high degree of responsibility, where you will be the reference person for everything related to CRM, from strategy definition to execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing the CRM strategy with the aim of improving customer relationships, increasing recurrence, boosting loyalty, and generating new business opportunities.
