About This Role
This CRM Manager role focuses on managing parent relationships for Roots International Schools, ensuring effective communication regarding students' academic progress, attendance, and overall experience. The position involves regular follow-up calls and maintaining positive relationships with parents while ensuring accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make regular calls to parents regarding their children's academic progress, attendance, and performance
- Follow up with parents to address queries, feedback, and concerns
- Contact parents regarding student absences and coordinate with the relevant academic teams
- Communicate important updates about examinations, results, parent-teacher meetings, and school activities
- Handle parent complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution
- Maintain and update student and parent information in the CRM system
- Follow up on admission inquiries and prospective parent leads, where required
- Coordinate with teachers, academic coordinators, admissions teams, and management
- Maintain daily calling logs and prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports
- Build strong relationships with parents to improve satisfaction, engagement, and student retention
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all student and parent records
- Support initiatives aimed at improving parent experience and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telemarketing, admissions, or educational administration preferred
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and CRM software
- Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- A professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Female candidates preferred
- Candidates with excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage
- Candidates should be confident, polite, organized, and comfortable communicating with parents over the phone
