About This Role
Managing and optimizing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system is the core of this role, aiming to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. The CRM Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless and personalized customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the CRM system
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Plan and manage customer outreach campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other communication channels
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions
- Generate and present reports on CRM metrics and campaign performance
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience
- Train staff on CRM best practices and ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the travel or religious tourism industry
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of email marketing and social media strategies
- Proficiency in Bangla and English
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to customer service excellence
