About the role
Job Summary:
We're ready to welcome a detail-oriented CRM Expert with hands-on BoldTrail experience to rebuild, arrange, and hold the CRM for our real estate business, which works chiefly with buyers. This is a back-end, data-focused role built around data hygiene, lead organization, and campaign management — clearing up our contact database, importing and categorizing leads, and running drip and email campaigns that keep buyers and past clients engaged. No phone or calling work is involved. The right person is meticulous, systematic, and takes real pride in a clean, well-arranged database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and restructure our BoldTrail CRM into a clean, well-arranged system
- Clean and de-duplicate existing contact records so data accuracy and integrity hold up
- Import, arrange, and tag leads from Zillow and other lead-generation platforms
- Transcribe handwritten notes from screenshots and key them accurately into the CRM
- Categorize and segment the database by lead temperature and status (actively searching, paused, purchased, closed)
- Build, launch, and run drip and email campaigns that nurture buyers and re-engage past clients
- Hold ongoing CRM hygiene as new leads and contacts come in
- Keep records consistent, current, and properly categorized across the database
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven hands-on time with BoldTrail (or kvCORE) or a comparable real estate CRM
- Strong CRM data hygiene skills — cleanup, de-duplication, segmentation, and accurate data entry
- High attention to detail and a methodical, arranged approach to large datasets
- Background building and running drip and email marketing campaigns inside a CRM
- Capacity to transcribe and key in data accurately from screenshots and handwritten notes
- Solid written English and clear communication skills
- Dependable, precise, and able to work on your own initiative
Preferred Skills:
- Time spent in the real estate industry or backing real estate agents
- Familiarity with lead sources such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or similar platforms
- Grasp of lead nurturing and buyer/past-client engagement strategies
- Background with email marketing best practices and campaign performance tracking
- Capacity to put forward improvements to CRM structure and workflows
- Capacity to carry several tasks and priorities at once
