Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product demonstrations
- Assist customers with selecting suitable devices, plans, and accessories by providing clear product explanations and upselling when appropriate
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how to maximize their devices’ potential
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is organized and inviting
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is highly desirable
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos will set you apart
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining a positive attitude
