Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling wireless products. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting wireless products that best meet their needs through effective communication and product demos.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest wireless technology and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and stocking shelves to enhance the shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping environment.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages growth and development.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and inventory levels for effective stock management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within a grocery store or similar environment.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic math concepts for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Experience with merchandising techniques and stocking procedures is highly desirable.
